At Golden Aura, we strive to deliver your skincare products quickly and safely. We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. Please read this policy carefully to understand our shipping procedures, delivery times, and any associated costs.

Free Shipping Offer

Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the United States. This offer applies automatically at checkout.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order.

Order Processing

Your order is processed within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Order Shipping

Once shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Weekend & Holiday Orders

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding major US holidays.

3. Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address, weight, and dimensions of your order.

Delivery Times Are Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control. We recommend ordering well in advance for time-sensitive needs.

4. International Shipping

We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination.

International Shipping Information

International orders typically take 10-21 business days for delivery. Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict these charges as they vary by country.

Restricted Items: Some countries have restrictions on skincare products containing certain ingredients. It is your responsibility to check your country's import regulations before ordering.

Shipping Costs: International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.

Tracking Updates

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after receiving your shipping confirmation. If your tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, please contact our customer service team.

6. Delivery Issues

If you're experiencing issues with your delivery, please take the following steps:

  • Package Not Delivered: If the tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, check with neighbors, building management, or any safe delivery locations around your property. Wait 24 hours as carriers sometimes scan packages as delivered before actual delivery.
  • Incorrect Address: If you provided an incorrect shipping address, contact us immediately at support@goldenaura.com. We'll try to intercept the package, but once shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes.
  • Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and the damaged items. Contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
  • Lost Package: If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days or shows no movement, contact us so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
Important Note

Golden Aura is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation. Once the carrier confirms delivery, the package is considered delivered. We recommend using a secure delivery location or requiring a signature for delivery if you have concerns.

7. Return Policy

We want you to love your Golden Aura products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Try our products risk-free. If you're not satisfied, return within 30 days for a full refund (less shipping costs).

Return Eligibility:
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility
  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Gift cards are non-refundable
Non-Returnable Items:
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers
  • Gift cards

8. Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return an item:

Contact Customer Service

Email returns@goldenaura.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Package Your Items

Place the item(s) in their original packaging, include all accessories, and pack securely. Include the RA number inside the package.

Ship Your Return

Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your tracking number.

Wait for Confirmation

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, contact us immediately. We'll provide a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.

9. Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Refund Amount: You will be refunded the purchase price of the item(s), less original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error). Return shipping costs are not refundable.

Refund Timing: Once issued, refunds typically appear in your account within 3-10 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company.

Payment Method Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. If you paid with a credit card, the refund will go back to that card. For PayPal payments, refunds go back to your PayPal account.

10. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item for a different product:

  1. Return the original item following our return process
  2. Once your return is processed and refunded, place a new order for the desired item
  3. If the new item costs more than the returned item, you'll pay the difference. If it costs less, you'll be refunded the difference

For faster service, you may place a new order immediately and return the original item separately. This ensures you receive the new product without waiting for the return to be processed first.
